♻️ The construction of the waste processing complex in Lviv is another step towards a clean future!
The waste problem in Lviv has persisted since 2011, and the tragedy at the Hrybovychi landfill in 2016 became the point of no return. The city needed a modern solution, and in 2021, the construction of the mechanical-biological municipal solid waste transfer and processing complex began.
As of early 2025:
✅ 80% of construction work completed
✅ 45% of the equipment delivered
✅ The plant is set to start operations this year
The Cover Energy Plus team contributed to the implementation of this important project:
⚡ Relocated power lines from the construction site
⚡ Performed electrical installation works to power construction machinery
⚡ Developed the external power supply project
⚡ Completed the reconstruction of the Lviv-19 110/35/10 kV substation to connect the plant
We are proud to be part of this change and to help make Lviv cleaner and more eco-friendly!
